Spacious lounge area with fantastic sun terrace for dining, entertaining and soaking it the phenomenal views.
This level has an open plan kitchen/ dinner/ lounge with 4 sets of patio doors to give that living in and out feel. There's also a shower and toilet washroom and stairs to access the lower level.

LOWER LEVEL
Cool lower level leading to the sleeping quarters.
The cool marble stairs take you down to a large hallway. The main shower room and 3 Bedrooms lead off from the hallway all bedrooms have sea-views.

All 3 bedrooms in Villa Thea have sea views.
Guests can either enjoy a gentle sea breeze at night or can opt to use the air conditioning for comfort.
All rooms have build in storage for clothing and to store luggage.
